French chef Richard trained as a baker from the age of 14 and moved to the UK in the '80s. He made a name for himself in high end restaurants and in 2005 launched his catering company The Bertinet Kitchen in Bath. He has written four books- Dough, Crust, Pastry and Patisserie Maison, and makes regular appearances on TV show Saturday Kitchen.
