Free Half-Term Fun at Cornerstone: Get Creative This October! 🎃

Looking for ways to keep the little monsters entertained this half-term? We’ve got a whole week of free creative fun coming to Cornerstone Arts Centre, with Halloween-inspired makes, LEGO building, K-Pop colouring and a very special Saturday packed with pantomime magic and live music!

From Monday 26 to Saturday 31 October, drop into the Study between 10:30am and 3:30pm for a different free activity each day. Whether your little ones love getting messy, building brilliant creations or showing off their artistic side, there’s something to spark their imagination.

What’s on this half-term?

🎃 Monday 26 October: Mini-Makes

Get into the Halloween spirit with our Mini-Makes session! Little creatives can decorate their own paper pumpkins and bubbling cauldrons, creating some spooky masterpieces to take home.

🧱 Tuesday 27 October: Half-Term LEGO Club

Calling all master builders! Our Half-Term LEGO Club is the perfect opportunity to get building, experiment with ideas and let imaginations run wild. What will you create?

🕸️ Wednesday 28 October: Mini-Messy Makes

Things are getting a little spooky! Join us for Mini-Messy Makes, where we’ll create creepy spider-web patterns and handprint spiders. Expect paint, creativity and some wonderfully wiggly eight-legged friends.

🎤 Thursday 29 October: K-Pop Colouring

Bring a little colour to your half-term with our K-Pop-inspired colouring activity. Perfect for young music fans and budding artists alike!

💃 Friday 30 October: Dance in the Dark

Get ready to dance into the weekend with our Dance in the Dark themed colouring activities. We’ll also be hosting two story-time sessions at 11:30am and 1:30pm, giving little ones the chance to sit back, relax and enjoy a story.

🌱 Saturday 31 October: Panto Fun Day!

Saturday is set to be extra special, as we welcome the cast of Jack and the Beanstalk to Cornerstone for a day of pantomime fun!

Join us for story time at 11am, followed by a singalong with the cast at 12pm. It’s a wonderful chance to get a taste of the magic ahead of this year’s pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk.

And if that’s not enough excitement, Saturday is also show day for K-POP ICONS! The 3pm performance is SOLD OUT, but tickets are still available for the 6pm show. So, if your family loves a little K-Pop sparkle, now’s the time to book.
