We’re aware that some users of Apple and Safari software have been experiencing problems when booking tickets through the Cornerstone website.
We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
In the meantime, if you do use an iPhone, iPad or Mac here are some options that may help you when booking tickets:
Customers who use Safari:
Customers unable to book using a Mac (i.e. those using the latest version of Safari) will need to book with a different browser, such as Chrome.
For customers using an iPad or iPhone to book:
Try using Private Mode in Safari when booking
If this doesn’t work, try disabling the ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ and 'Block All Cookies' settings while booking, which can be turned back on after you have completed the purchase.
If you’re unable to book using a Mac, you may need to use a different browser - such as Google Chrome until we can fix the problem with our site.
