Running on Mondays 6.30pm to 7.30pm from 22 April to 1 July. With half term 27 May to 2 June.
This 60-minute class is a fusion of yoga and pilates, and is a great opportunity to nourish the mind and condition the body. This blend of strength and flexibility-controlled exercises improves posture, reduces stress and creates lean muscles with an eye toward precision, efficiency and body awareness to help the body move efficiently in sport and daily activity.
Your tutor will introduce supportive, passive, restorative postures at the end of practice to relieve the body out of the fight or flight response enabling lower cortisol levels.
