Welcome back!

We’re delighted to announce that our café bar Nourish is now open with a brand-new menu of locally sourced baked goods and great coffee in a light, open and welcoming space for all the family to enjoy. Nourish's current opening times are Mon - Thu: 10am-4:30pm, Fri - Sat: 10am-8pm and Sun: 11am-4pm.

Now the big news! From 24th July to 4th September, we will be hosting Didcot Garden Party - a summer-long installation injecting colour, life and fun into the heart of our town centre.  The Garden Party will feature a range of shows, workshops, showcases, events and installations across every weekend. It is then our aim to fully reopen Cornerstone on 7th September with a fantastic relaunch line-up.

Our box office is currently open Tue - Sat: 11am-3pm and can be reached on 01235 515 144 or by emailing cornerstone@southoxon.gov.uk.

Thank you once again for all the support you provide us – we couldn’t do what we do without you and we’re extremely excited to have you coming back through our doors.

UPCOMING RELAXED PERFORMANCES:

The Adventures of Pinocchio on Tuesday 17th December at 10am.

Cornerstone Arts Centre are proud to program relaxed performances every season. Relaxed performances are created to be a more relaxed presentation of a show, with adapted sound and lighting and minor script adjustments, plus increased wheelchair capacity. Patrons with a learning or physical disability, autistic spectrum condition, or sensory or communication disorder are especially welcome. At every relaxed performance at Cornerstone, we create a 'chill out' area just outside of the theatre which audience members are encouraged to use to relax in this space if they need some time out from the theatre.

Cornerstone is a modern, purpose built space with excellent access for all customers. Click here to find out all you need to know about accessibility and our changing places toilet. This page contains up to date information about upcoming relaxed performances so please check in from time to time if you are interested in relaxed performances.

UPCOMING SIGNED PERFORMANCES:

The Adventures of Pinocchio on Saturday 21st December at 1.30pm.

Signed performances are aimed at people who are Deaf or Hearing Impaired. Trained sign language interpreters, stand to one side of the stage and interpret the script and language used by the performers at the same time it is being performed.
