Box Office opening hours

  • Tuesday to Saturday: 10am - 6pm
  • Sunday: 11am - 4pm
  • Monday: closed

On show days the Box Office is open until 30 minutes after the show start time.

Ticket prices

For Cornerstone performances, there are three ticket price bands:

  • Full
  • Concessions - rates apply to those under 16 years of age, students in full time education, people in receipt of income support, jobseekers allowance, working tax credit, disabled living allowance award notification, disabled person's tax credit award, housing benefit, council tax reduction or pensions tax credit.  Carers go free.
  • Members - 60 reduced price tickets available for a wide selection of performances to those who have joined Cornerstone's membership scheme

For Hirings, ticket prices and conditions may vary from this.

In addition we offer:

  • Group Bookings Discount
    One free ticket for every 10 booked.  Group bookings are available for most performances but cannot be booked online. Please call or visit the box office. 
  • Family Tickets
    One ticket to admit a party of four. (At least one under 16 in each party of four.) The availability of family tickets will be clearly indicated in the brochure or on the web page for the show. These tickets cannot be booked on line so please call or visit our box office.


Booking information


Book tickets by phone by calling 01235 515144 during opening times. Please leave a message if you can't get through and we will call you back. Please note that we will be busy in the period leading up to a performance and may not be able to answer the phone.


Online Visit and find your event in the What's On section. Click on the click here to buy tickets link at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions on the event ticketing page. When booking online, you will automatically be offered the best available seat(s) at the time of booking. If you have access issues or require wheelchair seating, please call 01235 515144 and we will assist. 

By post send your order to Cornerstone, Box Office, 25 Station Road, Didcot, Oxon OX11 7NE.

You can download a booking form to print, complete and post from the website.

  • State the name, date and time of the performance that you would like to attend, how many tickets you would like, whether any concessions apply and what your seat preferences are.
  • Include your name, address and telephone number.
  • Please do not send cash by post.


Payment can be made by cash, cheques and most credit and debit cards. Tickets can be posted to you for an additional 75p. We do not charge a booking fee for credit and debit cards in person or over the telephone however we do charge £1.00 processing fee on each internet transaction (not per ticket).

  • Prebooked tickets can be collected from the Box Office in advance and on the show night.
  • We cannot accept unpaid reservations, nor can customers pay for reservations on a show night
  • All audience members must have a valid ticket to enter a performance 
  • Concession rates apply to those under 16 years of age, students in full time education, people in receipt of income support, jobseekers allowance, working tax credit, disabled person’s tax credit, housing benefit, council tax rebate or pensions tax credit
  • We reserve the right to make special offers or discounts
    from time to time
  • Please note all children of age 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult to all performances  


Returns and exchanges

  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are only available at the discretion of the duty manager. Tickets must be returned at the time of the exchange and an administration fee of £1 will be charged for each exchange



  • The management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject attendees for disruptive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour.
  • Alcohol can be taken into the auditorium in plastic glasses.
  • Photography during shows, including recording shows on mobile phones is strictly prohibited.
  • Please turn off your mobile phones.


Sales of goods sold on behalf of others

  • Cornerstone will only offer a refund on goods bought if they are agreed to be faulty or wrongly described
  • Cornerstone will use its discretion to offer an exchange if the goods are returned within 14 days of purchase, and goods by the same artist/craftsmaker are still available
  • The exchange must be to the same value or more and the exchange would have to be authorised by the artist/craftsmaker on whose behalf we are selling the goods
  • The customer must be able to provide proof of purchase
